Basic Steps to Add New Themes to Your WordPress Blog

Download the Templates and extract the files.
Using an FTP client to Upload the folder to the theme directory on your server e.g “wp-content/themes/”
Once Uploaded you required to select the new themes
Following are step to select new theme.

Log in to the WordPress Control Panels.
Click on the Link Presentation on the Menu.
You will see Current Theme.
And a list of available Themes.
Select newly installed theme.
Click on View Site Link at the top of the Panel’s to see the new look of your site
